The staff here are very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful. The store was clean and fresh smelling as well as the bathroom. I would recommend this store to anyone. Two thumbs up!
O'Reilly's on Tyndall Parkway is the place I get my parts from! All the O'Reilly Auto parts stores are awesome and great customer service! But this location is awesome! Great customer service and very helpful!
I needed to replace my pcv. Called ahead of time and they had my part waiting with a promise to help replace it if I had issues removing the old valve, which I did so I came back and Dustin came and replaced the part for me. Above and beyond excellent service!
I'm a big fan of O'Reilly's auto parts.I needed to change my brake pads and the employees were very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.
When picking up parts I had ordered and paid for, the man behind the counter was rude and snappy a few times. When I went back again to order a screw I was told I had to order the parts I already picked up to get the screw. The screw does not come with it. The screw I had was stripped and I was trying to replace it. The woman behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful. Auto Zone said it would take 1 day and cost $2.
